Moroni 3

This is the way in which the disciples ordained priests and teachers.

After praying to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ, they laid their hands upon them and said, “In the name of Jesus Christ, I ordain you as a priest (or teacher) to preach repentance and remission of sins through Jesus Christ, through enduring faith in his name. Amen.”

In this way the disciples ordained priests and teachers according to their capabilities and callings. They were ordained by the power of the Holy Ghost, which was in the disciples.
