Helaman 2

Helaman, the son of Helaman, was elected governor. Kishkumen, who had murdered Pahoran, made a secret plan to kill Helaman, too.

Gadianton was clever in speaking and leading secret murders and robbery. Gadianton convinced them that if they put Kishkumen in the governor seat, he would let them rule others.

One of Helaman’s servants learned about the plan. When Kishkumen went to kill Helaman, the servant of Helaman stabbed Kishkumen in the heart; he fell dead without a groan. Gadianton took his gang to the wilderness.
