Alma 63

In the thirty-seventh year, a large group of people of five thousand and four hundred men, with their wives and children, left the land of Zarahemla and went into the land in the north. Moroni also died.

Hagoth was a curious man. He built a large ship and sailed it into the West Sea. In the thirty-eighth year, when the ship returned, Hagoth built other ships. Many more people sailed with him, but they were never heard of again.

Shiblon died and the sacred records were given to his son Helaman. They were handed down from one generation to another.
