Alma 23

The Lamanite king sent a letter to all his people saying that Ammon, Aaron, Omner, Himni and any of their brothers should be allowed to teach in the people’s homes and churches.

Then Aaron and his brothers went from city to city and from church to church teaching and ordaining teachers to all the Lamanites.

The king allowed them to teach God’s word wherever they wanted. They were led by the Holy Spirit to preach God’s word in all of the Amalekites’ churches. The Lord blessed them and they brought many people to the truth.

Thousands were brought to the Lord. All the Lamanites who believed never fell away from God. They became good and put down their weapons.

The king and all the believers were no longer called Lamanites, they became known as the Anti-Nephi-Lehites. They were friendly with the Nephites and God’s curse was off them.
