3 Nephi 9

Then a voice was heard among all the people, saying: Woe, woe, woe to this people; woe to the people of the whole earth unless they repent. For the devil laughs and his angels make merry, because the sons and daughters of my people are killed.

They are killed because of their sins. I have burned up the great city Zarahemla. I have sunk the great city Moroni deep in the sea and its people are drowned.

I have buried the great city Moronihah with earth. I have sunk the cities of Gilgal and Onihah and Mocum deep in the ground and brought water up over them. I sunk the cities of Gadiandi and Gadiomnah and Jacob and Gimgimno deep in the earth.

Their people tried to hide their sins, so I have hidden them from my face. No more will the blood of prophets and saints come up to me against them.

I have burned up the great city Jacobugath because of their evil for their sins were more than all the wickedness of the whole earth. It was they who destroyed the peace of my people and the government of the land.

I burned the city of Laman and the city of Josh and the city of Gad and the city of Kishkumen and all their people, because they cast out the prophets and stoned those I sent to them. I caused terrible destruction on this land and on this people, because of their sins.

You who are alive were spared because you were more righteous than the others. Will you now return to me and repent of your sins so I may heal you? I say to you: if you will come to me, you will have eternal life. My arm of mercy is extended toward you. Whoever will come to me, I will take and bless.

I came to my own, but they did not accept me. Those who receive me, I will make sons and daughters of God. I am the light and the life of the world. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end.

I am Jesus Christ, the Son of God. I created the heavens and the earth and all things in them. I was with the Father from the beginning. I am in the Father and the Father is in me. The Father glorified His name by me.

I have fulfilled the Law of Moses. Make no more sacrifices of blood or burnt gifts. Give me a humbled heart and a repentant spirit. If you come to me with a broken heart and a contrite spirit, I will baptize you with fire and with the Holy Ghost. I have come to the world to save the world from sin.

Come to me as a little child and I will receive you. I have laid down my life and I have raised it up again. Repent. Come to me and be saved.
