3 Nephi 7

The people were divided one against another. Nephi boldly told the people to repent. But they became angry with him, because he had greater faith than they. For it was not possible they could disbelieve his words. His faith on the Lord Jesus Christ was so great that angels blessed him every day.

He did many miracles in the name of Jesus. Nephi even brought his brother back to life, after his brother had been killed by the people. The people saw it and they were angry with Nephi because of his righteous power.

Only a few people came to the Lord. Those who repented were visited by the power and Spirit of God, which was in Jesus Christ. All who believed were baptized with water, as a testimony to God and to the people that they repented. God forgave their sins.
