3 Nephi 20

He told the people to keep praying in their hearts. Then He took bread and juice and blessed it for all to eat and drink. No one brought bread or juice, but Jesus truly gave them bread to eat and juice to drink.

Jesus told them: Those who eat this bread, eat of my body for their souls. Those who drink this juice, drink of my blood for their souls. And their souls will never hunger or thirst again.

When all the people ate and drank, they were filled with the Spirit. They cried out, giving glory to Jesus.
