Then He told his disciples to get bread and grape juice. He told the people to sit down. He tore the bread into pieces and blessed it. He gave it to his disciples and told them to eat and share it with the people.
When the people were full, He said to the disciples: Ordain one person among you and I will give him power to bless this [sacrament] and give it to all who are baptized into my church. Always do this as I have done: break the bread, bless it and eat it to remember my body that I have shown to you.
This [sacrament] will show Heavenly Father that you always remember me. If you always remember me, you will have my Spirit to be with you.
Then He told His disciples to drink the grape juice and give some to the people. The people drank and were full. Jesus said: The people of my church should always take this [sacrament]. Drink in memory of my blood, which I spilled for you. Do this to show Heavenly Father that you will always remember me. If you always remember me, you will have my Spirit to be with you.
You must watch and pray always. You should pray in my church, as I have prayed among you. Jesus turned again to the crowd and said to them: You must watch and pray always to the Father in my name.
Whatever you ask the Father in my name, which is right, believing that you will receive, will be given to you. Pray in your families to the Father.
Meet together often. Allow all people to come to church; do not put them out. Hold up your light that it may shine to the world. I am the light which you will hold up. I tell none of you to go away, but I invite all to come to me.
Jesus turned to His disciples and said: Do not allow any one to take the sacrament unworthily. If you know a person is unworthy to eat and drink, do not allow it. But do not put him out. Help him and pray for him. If he repents and is baptized, then let him take the sacrament. If he will not repent, he will not be counted among my people.
Even then, do not put him out of the church. Continue to help him, for you do not know if he will repent. If he comes to me with full purpose of heart, I will heal him. Then you will be the tool of bringing salvation to him.
When Jesus ended speaking, He touched His hand on His twelve disciples, one by one, until He had ordained them all. He gave them power to give the Holy Ghost.
The twelve disciples were Nephi and his brother, Timothy, whom Nephi raised from the dead, Jonas, Mathoni, Mathonihah, Kumen, Kumenonhi, Jeremiah, Shemnon, Jonas, Zedekiah and Isaiah.
A cloud came over the crowd. While they were covered by the cloud, Jesus left. The disciples saw Jesus rise to heaven.
