3 Nephi 30

Listen, you Gentiles, and hear these words of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, that I have been commanded to say to you, “Stop behaving wickedly and repent for your evil acts, your lies, deceptions, adultery, secret abominations, idol worship, murder, priestcraft, envy, conflicts, and all other forms of sinfulness. Come to me and be baptized in my name so that you may receive a remission from you sins, be filled with the Holy Ghost, and be counted among my people, the family of Israel.”
